The Shamanic Rythms

The trance sessions are very progressive, and with regular practise the most stubborn, analytical, logical (left-brained) subject will learn to let go and enjoy the journey, although it is important to be fresh and awake. The hypnotic trances let you go deeper and become more vivid during the day time, as oppose to during normal sleeping time.

It is far better and more effective to concentrate on one particlar affirmation for several days at least before starting a different session, because mixing the commands and orders seems to dilute the effects.
