Hypnosis
for Energy
The CD
/Mp3 trance therapy session using self-hypnosis can help you
to sleep better, eat healthier, and search and discover the
best ways to maximize your energy power. Lack of energy can
be caused by many types of illness or problems such as a
lack of sleep, apnea, thyroid, depression, etc. and much
more, that is why it is important to seek medical attention,
speak with a physician, ask your doctor for a full check up,
and ask if self-hypnosis is compatible with your particular
problem.
This self-hypnosis audio program will
boost your passion and desire and to fill your mind with
motivation and passion.
Some
people with a perfect health often feel tired and lack
energy because of bad eating habits, lack of vitamins and
minerals such as magnesium, too much caffeine
etc.
Increase
your natural Energy
Try and
get enough sleep, at least 8 hours, because sleep
deprivation can be detrimental to your health and weight.
Try to avoid high fat meals late at night, and foods with
high salt and high calories which can deprive you of early
morning energy. Some people avoid eating breakfast (the most
important meal of the day) and this is also detrimental.
Try and
avoid coffee and caffeine, and other stimulants, which
release the glucose energy from your liver giving an instant
energy boost, but after the stimulating effects have worn
away, you will become even more tired, and after expelling
important minerals such as potassium in the urine will
probably be even worse. Coming off coffee can be difficult,
and give withdrawal effects such as migraines, but once your
body is free of caffeine and it's effects you will start to
have more energy. Almost half of your body is made of water
and doctors recommend drinking at least a liter of water per
day.
Try to
avoid low blood sugar, by eating regular frequent meals full
of complex carbohydrates to keep your brain and body with a
constant source of fuel and to avoid sugar dips.
Concentrated sources of sugar like soda, candy, fruit juice,
chocolate, and syrup can create radical spikes in your blood
sugar which often leaves you feeling tired a couple of hours
later. I use a spoon of coconut oil in the morning with some
apple juice, ginseng, vitamin E, Resveratrol, a raw egg, and
this becomes my substitute for coffee.
Eating
high quality carbohydrates like vegetables, fruit, chick
peas, cereals, beans, peas, lentils, brown and wild rice,
and oatmeal, will give you a constant source of energy.
Mixing protein foods such as fish, meat, chicken, eggs,
cheese, milk with carbohydrate foods will also slow the
absorption of sugars, making a constant source of energy.
Foods rich in soluble fiber have the ability to slow down
the absorption of sugar in your blood and therefore, help to
keep up a level of blood sugars and provide constant energy.
High fiber foods such as oats, brown rice, bananas, barley,
apples, pears, strawberries, wheat, baked beans, will also
help the body's immune
system.
Try
Diaphragmatic Breathing, because in Chinese Medicine, energy
is called "qi" (pronounced "chi"), and one of the most
important ways we make qi is by breathing deeply. Stress,
can cause lack of energy, poor posture, a snug waistline,
and habit are some of the reasons why our breath doesn't
make it down to the bottom of our lungs.
Diaphragmatic
breathing, also known as belly breathing, is a simple way we
can increase our qi energy and improve our stamina. Get a
Good Night Sleep, and the use of self hypnosis can help with
sleep, stress, and lack of energy. Growth hormone is one
such restorative hormone. Eighty percent of growth hormone,
which is needed for lean muscle, optimum immune function,
and strong skin, is secreted during sleep between the hours
of 11 pm and 1 am, so try to go to bed before 10 pm.
It may be
difficult to get used to getting to bed at an early time,
especially if you work late or if nighttime is your only
downtime and you like to watch late-night television. But
you'll be rewarded with increased
energy.
Insufficient
protein -can cause lack of energy. With high-protein,
low-carb diets being so popular, it's hard to believe it but
insufficient protein is a common reason for fatigue. Pack
some almonds and nuts for a quick and convenient protein
snack.
Consider a
Stress-Formula
Multivitamin
People
who are under chronic stress require more B vitamins.
