Improved eye sight 

Imagine that your subconscious mind is programming your eyes to have more nutrients and better cell growth, and feeling the process working and know that each day you will have strong healthy eyes with better vision.

Self-hypnosis can help you to have a strong desire to do some eye exercises, and to keep your eyes healthy by constantly reminding you of the correct care and methods to protect your eye sight. Self-hypnosis will help you to use a correct posture when sitting by a computer with an adequate distance for reading.

 Hypnotherapy for Long and Short sightedness

Self-hypnosis will help you to have rests every 15 mins to relax your eye muscles, and will help you to blink more when reading to stop dry-eyes. Hypnosis will help you to desire certain foods containing antioxidants and vitamins for healthier eyes. Hypnotherapy will help you to use the correct eye muscles to reshape your elongated eyeball and help the eye to become more spherical.


Eye exercises

Imagine a figure eight approximately ten feet from you lying horizontally, in the shape of an infinity sign. Let your eyes trace along the figure eight without moving your head. First trace in one direction, then in the opposite direction. Always remember to continue to breathe and blink as your eyes move effortlessly along the figure eight. Check for tension in the jaw and let it release. Lets do it now. Imagine the figure of eight and trace along the lines ................ pause 1 min.

 This exercise is good for the muscles surrounding the eyeball, and is called side staring.

Look at something on the right in your field of vision. Keep your eyes on that object and turn your head to the left as far as possible without loosing sight of whatever you've choose to look at.

Do the same thing but in reverse. Repeat the procedure in all directions; up and down and in the four diagonal directions. Repeat the entire exercise a few times.

The next exercise is called horizon. Hold up your finger in front of you and focus on it. Move the finger towards you as close as you can get without loosing focus. Then look outside the window and focus on the horizon or a tree or something far away at least 6 meters. Repeat about 30 times.

Here's another great exercise to strengthen the eye muscles, and we call it the hot dog. Each day you will an urge to do this exercise. The morning is the best time to exercise the eyes. Aim your eyes on any target in the distance. While looking at your distant target bring your index fingertips touching about eight inches in front of your eyes until you see a mini hot dog.

Pull the tips of your fingers apart slightly and observe the hot dog floating in the air. Then you keep the hot dog for two breaths, then look directly at your fingers and the hot dog will disappear. Do not retrieve the hot dog for two breaths; then look again in the distance and find it once again. Switch back and forth for two minutes.
