The Shamanic Rythms

Produced using a 22" shaman rosewood drum. The cycles are produced using 4.5 beats per second (theta) this is the typical traditional rythm used for centuries to transport the shaman healers into deeper realms of conciousness, and excellent for alternative hypnotherapy.

The Binaural Beats

Blended into the sounds of the ocean waves, running streams, wind, and bird sounds. The brain waves are generated using a 346 Hz sine wave, played into the right ear and a 339 Hz one, into the left ear, the brain is entrained towards the beat frequency (7 Hz, in the theta range) in mp3.

The sensation of binaural beats originates in the superior olivary nucleus, a part of the brain stem. They appear to be related to the brain's ability to locate the sources of sounds in three dimensions and to track moving sounds, which also involves inferior colliculus neurons. The isochronic pulses work in a similar way but using a difference of two beats, and also designed to produce theta brain waves.

The Hypnotic Induction

Special techniques have been blended into the voice using a progresive journey script, nature sound effects, hypnotic music, and tones. Including the powerful hypnotic methods such as Overloading, Re-induction, Ericksonian, Mental Confusion, Mental Misdirectioning, Indirect Suggestions, Multiple Sensorial Stimulation, Anchoring, subliminal hypnosis, and many more powerful methods.

Some users maybe anxious to achieve fast results and resort to combining the sessions with chemical substances such as vitamin b12, valerian root, dxm (romilar), marijuana, fly agaric, morning glory seeds, psilocybin, amayusca, salvia, san pedro catus, peyote, nutmeg, lettuce roots etc. in order to increase the tripping effects, but in our experience they are not necessary.

The Contents: Hynotic Journeys:

There are four types of hypnotic journeys to choose from or listen to each mp3 session on alternating days.

  • The Shaman Rain-forest
  • The Ocean Chant
  • The Mountain Stream
  • The Secret Garden
  • The Affirmation (smoking, insomnia, stress, weight loss)
  • The refresh and wake up.

The trance sessions are very progressive, and with regular practise the most stubborn, analytical, logical (left-brained) subject will learn to let go and enjoy the journey, although it is important to be fresh and awake. The hypnotic trances let you go deeper and become more vivid during the day time, as oppose to during normal sleeping time.

It is far better and more effective to concentrate on one particlar affirmation for several days at least before starting a different session, because mixing the commands and orders seems to dilute the effects.

Lucid Dreaming Oobes

What is lucid dreaming?

........ Lucid dreaming oobes, out of body experiences, astral projection is simply the transferring of the consciousness from the physical body to the astral body. Hypnosis can help achieve a lucid state.

I am a bit afraid, is it ok? Fear is the great barrier to human growth. This is why once you've built the desire, relaxed and can concentrate, you need to lose the fear. One of the biggest obstacles is the initial fear of the vibrational stage of an out of body experience. Lucid dreams are very safe if used in moderation.

Lucid dreams are those in which the dreamer perceives that is dreaming. It can be spontaneous or induced by hypnosis. The term belongs to the Dutch psychiatrist, Frederick van Eeden. But the first study belongs to the French Hervey de Saint-Denys, in his book "Dreams and how to control them." Freud himself referred to this phenomenon.

the "false awakening" , lucid dreaming and REM phase, and may be spontaneous or self. Most people have had at least one lucid dream in life, but usually forget any dream. But there are people who are trained to experience this kind of dreams and control them in different ways. During these dreams, there are different levels. Mastery of this kind of dreams involves the ability to change locations, including people known or imagined, fly, change in appearance, and any other changes you want. Lucid dreams can be remembered, are displayed in greater detail and clarity that the common dream. Occasionally, there are individuals who perceive these experiences as more real than the reality.

Phenomena of lucid dreams:

During the REM sleep phase, there is a body paralysis, except for the eyes that move quickly, hence the name of this stage (REM, rapid eyes move). During this period, among one may experience hallucinations, which causes a reaction in the dreamer. One can also experience during this phase, a false awakening, when we dream and we believe that we get up and perform daily activities. The ability to recall dreams is very important in the practice of lucid dreams, and allowing access to this phenomenon, helping us to remember dreams. We can use a dream diary, where you write down what you remember on waking, including not only what we dream, but our impressions and thoughts. Another technique to remember the dream, is mentally before sleep, to remember the dream the next morning.

The dream

Every night we spent between one hour and a half and two hours dreaming about once every 90 minutes, distinguished 5 stages during sleep, 4 non-REM sleep (rapid eye movement) and REM. Although dreams at every stage of dreams that are more reminiscent of the dreams that are in the REM stage. Many people believe that no dream, but this is not so, all dream, but it does not always remember to remember there are more and more methods or techniques that can help us both to improve memory during sleep as to what is called lucid dreams.

Lucid dream

A lucid dream is one in which the dreamer realizes that in a dream, this can be made spontaneously or through the application of certain techniques that lead to either maintain or recover consciousness in dreams. Today this issue is known scientifically. It is likely that most people have had one or more lucid dreams at some point in their lives, although most of the time have been forgotten like the dreams in common. There are people who exercise to take control and end up in different ways and that during the lucid dream, there are different levels of control of sleep, therefore, a dreamer can have different degrees of control over their sleep.

People who manage to keep the conscience or the back during a dream can manipulate to some extent, you can modify the appearance, environment, fly or move at speeds unimaginable, although it remains a dream, who himself is a changing variables and a very good point of them is that they are a good way to achieve an astral travel. The lucid dream can serve well as a gateway for extracorporeal experience. Lucid dreams, just as normal, occur in the REM stage of sleep.

Techniques for lucid dreams

The most important step to get to anyone who wants to achieve lucid dreams (onironauta) is to remember the dreams because if you fail to recall the dreams can not remember either lucid dreams. The next step is to learn to realize that we are in a dream, which is called the test of reality, any amazing fact that we recognize in a dream we can do to raise awareness in the dream and that we can begin to manage and enjoy more.

Remember dreams

There are several ways to achieve this goal, one of them to keep a journal near the bed in which record every time we wake up the experiences we have dreamed of, so we will be remembering more and more details of our life onirica . Another technique is to hold the dreams of sleep before raising it the next morning is going to remember the dream. For example, we can visualize the morning in bed, sleep, recalling details and notes.

It is an indispensable step to achieve lucid dreams, this will allow the subject to realize, at some time sleeping, dreaming of this. Is to perform some action that is not possible to watch or be attentive to the environment so that someone unreasonable alteration, we can conclude that we are in a dream, like a leap and see if This is floating or flying, see if you change the environment in a manner not reasonable, normal perception is altered on the environment, time passes too slow or too fast occasionally watching a clock, if you change the contents of a book remove and put back the hearing on the same page, and so on. Little noticeable changes can occur so you have to be attentive to changes loos and a rational analysis of the facts in order to acquire the lucidity in dreams, this should be done routinely in a vigil for the pruieba be replicated in state onirico more frequently. Another time this type of evidence is when we wake up and to be a false awakening. The real test should be done routinely recommend doing activities that do usually is not difficult to adapt a test that applies sinedo very important habit and mainly before and after lying down to sleep, so that the activity is repeated in dreams.

Some techniques to induce lucidity

Here is where we need to say, "Let your imagination fly in search of better methods," I consider it an appropriate sentence to start this section. Might wonder why?, The answer is quite simple, because every person is different and reacts to different stimuli mkaneras, so each technique can be extremely easy for one person to another and effective and will cost a lot to achieve any result. It would therefore be advisable to try the techniques that most believe they can adapt to their customs and to adapt to you, do not take all to the letter without thinking a little, we shall achieve better results.

Incubation lucid dream

This technique is based on the auto, is to seek a lucid dream before bedtime, should be analyzed the following

Because they want to have a lucid dream, enhance creativity to solve some personal problems, etc..

Whom have preesente could be signs that indicate we're in a dream.

be used as lessons learned, this is very important because you can not fool the unconscious therefore be honest with yourself.

Once you determine the above fijeselos and write. at bedtime should set their targets as set by the above, go to bed without doing anything more in bed and concentrate on the phrase you wrote, try to visualize the images chosen to recover the lucidity in the dream and then ustes dreaming of the same theme and getting lucidity. Remember the phrase until you fall asleep trying to avoid thoughts otrso interfere in it. Lucidity if it had planned to do and when I do think you want to wake up and remember the dream experiment.

Technical Test reality

It tested during the day would have differences in our environment if we were awake, instead of dreaming. Can be used to remember any action that is taken routinely during the day. look at the time, look in the mirror, trying to sell the hand with a finger on the other hand, jumping smoothly, and so on.

Test several times during the day, what would happen to the environment if you were dreaming, recommended min 5 times. For example if you look at the time think would happen with time, with the clock, so if you were dreaming about, think about changing the time without touching the clock, changing the numbers, etc. If at any time that this happens is dreaming. ...repeat many times during the day what will the unconscious in a dream and if you can do encionado that this is a dream. A similar experience can be made with almost anything in our waking life without any trouble for it. Think about what you would if you were dreaming. Imagine the entire environment, what you see, hear, touch, etc., as changing colors, textures, etc. as if he were dreaming and changing you, try to keep the feeling of this dream for a while.
