Instructions
Relax your eyes and stare at an object
far away from you, about 3 meters.
The goal is to make the sights of each
eye parellal to each other.
Then keep the image infront of one eye
and slowly move it towards both eyes, not loosing your
distance focus.
Allow the image to come in to
focus.
You can also place an image near your
face and slowly move it away keeping the distance
focus.
It's difficult at first but when you get
the hang of it it just takes seconds.
Keep practicing until you see the hidden
image.
