may have fantasized about taking revenge on
someone or even become obsessed about it.
Maybe this
person betrayed you, was dishonourable or made
you feel bad. Maybe
you have heard of the phrase sweet revenge and
thinking about getting your own back may

feel good, but this is a momentarily feeling and
would cause more pain to yourself in the
end. You
should be focusing on moving forward, beacuse
your efforts are better spent on your own self
care or recovery.
Revenge
can be too motivating and can blur your
rationality thats why its always best to avoid
revenge.

to quit thinking about it from the angle of your
