 Hypnotherapy to Quit Smoking

Stop smoking with self-hypnosis

All our life our brain is making associations with food, drink, drugs, and pleasure. Maybe you like the taste of a cigarette, but be honest is that mixture of chemicals really delicious or has your mind been tricked into thinking that way. Do you remember your first cigarette, I bet it was disgusting, because really the taste is not so pleasant. The same goes for whisky. When nicotine and other chemicals do their job, then your brain associates this with pleasure. What I can do for you is to replace those stubborn messages in your subconscious mind with new ideas about smoking using the trusted self-hypnosis program.

The next step is to enjoy the withdrawal process, because this will give you lots of extra energy, especially if you're preprogrammed to enjoy this situation. Then I add a novel trick that can actually make you feel sick with nausea if you attempt to smoke, which instantly turns your attention onto something else.

Most people can give up smoking but then they fail. It's easy to think "I gave up once, so a couple of smokes won't hurt". That's why I have included a special maintenance self-hypnosis program to be used once per month. Some people think that maybe they cannot reach a trance state, but that's no problem.

My self-hypnosis programs contain hours of trance inductions, and high quality audios with sound effects, binaural beats, isochronic pulses, over 20 hypnotic techniques, and beautiful music, to reach every type of person. After you quit smoking you'll feel so much better, more relaxed, and more intelligent. I used to play chess with the brother of a Spanish master, and our scores were almost always about even (5 -5), but when I started smoking he won 10 - 0. After I quit smoking using my own self-hypnotherapy my chess improved and we were even again.

Client Testimonials

"Each time I tried to give up smoking I got these urges and voices telling me that one fag is ok, it got worse and worse until I had to smoke. I'm eternally grateful for your work, after 3 days I felt fantastic,so healthy clean and fresh, and seem to have super energy, I feel new. I love the idea and it works well, I did slip up on the second day but as soon as it touched my lips I almost threw up good style, I stamped on it, and that was it. A million thanks. I'm gonna put you on my Facebook to help others."

Smoking : The Nicotine Connection

Nicotine is a powerful toxin (just one drop of concentrated nicotine on the tongue will kill a man) and has the rare ability to cause stimulation and relaxation. Nicotine is ten times more potent than cocaine. After smoking, the brain releases hormones such as adrenaline, (norepinephrine) and dopamine (pleasure) that cause stimulation, but as the dose is increased then our brain releases other hormones such as endorphins, vasopressin, (memory) and serotonin (appetite, and mood) which causes an increased sensitivity in the brain-reward areas.(mesolimbic route) Scientific studies have discovered that nicotine inhibits a certain enzyme called histone deacetylase which increase the addictive power. The addictive power of nicotine can be compared to other hard drugs and that's why some people cannot stop the habit even when their doctor tells them that they may die if they don't quit soon. The only real way to quit smoking is to have plenty of will power and self-control or by using self-hypnosis. The subconscious mind can override the addictive overpowering thoughts and convert them into positive, happy goals.

Chemicals in tobacco smoke

Tobacco smoke contains over 5000 different chemical many of which cause cancer and chronic bad health. Hydrogen Cyanide is one of the most deadly substances and is often used in gas chambers. After smoking a cigarette a smoker can expect to retain over 60% of the black tar in his lungs. Aminonaphthalene is a particularly dangerous chemical often used as a weed killer and know to cause bladder cancer. Most tobacco is grown in third world countries which don't have strict controls over agricultural pesticides, and this is the reason we find life threatening chemicals such as arsenic in each cigarette.

  • Arsenic
  • Benzene
  • Vinyl chloride
  • Beryllium
  • Toluene
  • Polonium-210
  • Nickel
  • Lead
  • Hydrogen cyanide
  • Hydrocarbons
  • Nitrous oxides
  • Organic acids
  • Phenols
  • Oxidizing agents
  • Free radicals
  • Arsenic
  • Ethylene oxide
  • Chromium
  • Formaldehyde
  • Cadmium
  • Butadiene
  • Benzopyrene

Quit Smoking : Withdrawal

The various symptoms of nicotine withdrawal are feeling nervous, irritable, or restless, low energy, dry throat, dizziness, tight chest, stomach pain, constipation, craving for a cigarette, having a slow pulse, insomnia, hunger, problems with concentration, anger, anxiety, panic, stress, and feeling depressed. The time period doesn't usually get further than one week, although milder withdrawal symptoms can persist for a month or two, especially depression, until the levels of dopamine and other hormones are neutralized.

To combat some of these effects you should eat plenty of healthy nutritious food such as fruit, nuts, salad, and drink plenty of water. Do some mild exercise, go for a brisk walk, or take a sauna or a jacuzzi. Going for a vacation is the best time to quit smoking because your mind is occupied on new happy activity. It's better to avoid places and situations where you'll find many other smokers that may offer you a cigarette or may tempt you to ask for one, especially at night in a pub, where after a few drinks you may not have the same self-control. Drinking stimulants such as coffee, tea, chocolate, green tea, kola, will only make things worse because at this stage you need to be relaxed. You should choose activity that will help you to relax such as having a hot bath, meditation, self-hypnosis, massage, listen to soft music, or watch a relaxing movie. you should try to avoid situations that may trigger a craving for a cigarette such as first thing in the morning, in the car, after a meal, or when feeling bored.

What’s the fastest way to stop cigarettes?

The best and easiest way is by using the self-hypnosis audios for quitting smoking to ease the suffering of withdrawal. The psychological coming down can be eased with hypnotic suggestions. I stopped by listening to a self hypnosis Mp3, and feel fantastic. There are many downloads made with fantastic inductions and very professional affirmations, all done with beautiful background music and sound effects, binaural beats, isochronic pulses, and shamanic rhythms.

Facts about self-hypnosis and tobacco

The more cigarettes or tobacco you take in a day, and the longer you've been with the habit the higher your risk of lung cancer. Similarly, the risk rises the deeper you inhale and the earlier in life you started. The risk of contracting mouth cancer is five times higher than for a nonsmoker. Cancer can start in many areas of the mouth, with the most common being on or underneath the tongue. It's estimated that 94 per cent of 20-a-day habit have some emphysema when the lungs are examined after death, while more than 90 per cent of nonsmokers have little or none.

Does self-hypnosis work?

There are some people who can never give up, because they are so keen on the habit that they feel no reason to stop, and have no motivation at all, that's where self-hypnotherapy can boost your motivation.

Is this online hypnotherapy easy to understand or are there complex instructions and forms to fill in?

Very easy and enjoyable, and the only tool you need is a comfy sofa and a pair of stereo headphones. I have dry old skin and wrinkles?

Nicotine reduces the blood supply to the skin and lowers levels of vitamin A.

Cigarette addiction increases the risk of erectile dysfunction by about half, it can degenerate the blood vessels. Nicotine narrows the arteries that lead to your sexual organs. When you stop the habit with self-hypnosis your sexual life will improve. Erections can't occur unless blood can flow freely into the member, so these blood vessels have to be in good condition. Passive smoke that comes off a cigarette carries a higher risk than directly inhaled, so that children, who grow up in a home where their parents are smokers, have twice the risk of getting asthma and asthmatic bronchitis Fact: They also have a higher risk of developing allergies.
