Most of our brain can only focus closely on something for 45 minutes. So, if you have a lot of work to revise then try having a pause every hour to look for a glass of water or chat to someone. But do not fall into the temptation of watching TV.

5. If you're stuck, ask for help
You can't study well when one does not understand the subject. Be sure to ask for help from your teacher if something is too difficult to understand.

6. Memory
The test is tomorrow. You've followed your study plan and have applied the techniques that we have explained, but suddenly you feel you do not remember anything, not even 2 + 2! Don't let yourself get dominated by nerves!
