Here's my favorite trick that always works to treat a cold or flu:

A teaspoon of liquid silver (nano molecular) and a drop in each ear.

Gargle with hydrogen peroxide, and a drop in each ear.

A special mix of chopped garlic left to stand for 10 minutes in olive oil with honey and lemon, then eat a few spoons.

For prevention I drink Kefir, and eat prebiotic foods and avoid antibiotics, and especially avoid bottles and tap water (only filtered: chlorine free, fluoride free)
