IS THE PALEO DIET BENEFICIAL?
The
Paleo Diet significantly improves long term health. I've
tried many diets and this is the one which makes me look
and feel younger with more energy and stamina, and
generally happy. I don't think humans have changed much
in millions of years, even though we have cellphones,
computers, and cars, we are basically the same inside.
That's one of the reasons why eating processed foods
makes us fatter and unhealthy, so now is the time to
change.
