The
ability to control stress and impatience is a powerful
skill. Hypnosis can help you to know what makes you so
impatient, and decide whether you will change it, accept it
or avoid it.
Sometimes,
the need to be impatient can be obsessive, uncontrollable,
overwhelming. Impatience creeps in slowly, and if you feel
anxious, worried, or unhappy you may not even realize that
the underlying cause of these feelings is impatience. You
can reduce the frequency of your impatience, by being aware
of it and find the triggers, look for the real causes and
make solutions.
Self
hypnosis can help you to be able to calm yourself down,
relax and take a deep breath, then step back from the
situation; taking a deep breath, counting to 10 or walking
away. If you're still nervous and you know the cause of your
stress, you will try to confront it calmly, with respect and
intelligence. You will be able to think and say how you
feel, and explain to yourself and to others why you are
feeling this way. Also to be able to ask for constructive
feedback, then walk away and put it behind you.
