I go to the gym 4 times
per week and I try to complete a full intense workout in the
minimum time possible. I don't have much time so each time a
have a workout I need to enhance my sets so that I can pass
the pain barrier and always do one or two more reps (even
when my body says " no".
My mind has been
programmed to push out my maximum which ensures progressive
gains in strength and size. After listening to my
self-hypnosis audios I managed 180kg bench press. (one rep)
It was bad style but made me feel quite proud. A month later
I entered a powerlifting competition in South Wales. It was
my first time in this type of competition because I was more
interested in bodybuilding, but I entered for fun. I lifted
155kg on bench press with perfect style (I had to wait for
the ref's clap, touch the chest, and push a clean lift
without arching the lower back. I won a silver medal.
Hundreds of bodybuilders
have used hypnosis for gains and strength because it is very
effective. Your mind is your only barrier, so it makes sense
to remove the mental obstacles, and start training
seriously.
