The Shamanic Rythms

Produced using a 22" shaman rosewood drum. The cycles are produced using 4.5 beats per second (theta) this is the typical traditional rythm used for centuries to transport the shaman healers into deeper realms of conciousness, and excellent for alternative hypnotherapy.

The Binaural Beats

Blended into the sounds of the ocean waves, running streams, wind, and bird sounds. The brain waves are generated using a 346 Hz sine wave, played into the right ear and a 339 Hz one, into the left ear, the brain is entrained towards the beat frequency (7 Hz, in the theta range) in mp3.

The sensation of binaural beats originates in the superior olivary nucleus, a part of the brain stem. They appear to be related to the brain's ability to locate the sources of sounds in three dimensions and to track moving sounds, which also involves inferior colliculus neurons. The isochronic pulses work in a similar way but using a difference of two beats, and also designed to produce theta brain waves.

The trance sessions are very progressive, and with regular practise the most stubborn, analytical, logical (left-brained) subject will learn to let go and enjoy the journey, although it is important to be fresh and awake. The hypnotic trances let you go deeper and become more vivid during the day time, as oppose to during normal sleeping time.

It is far better and more effective to concentrate on one particlar affirmation for several days at least before starting a different session, because mixing the commands and orders seems to dilute the effects.
